This is What Working After Age 50+ Looks Like
We want to challenge the current limiting paradigms and
narratives regarding expectations and images related to
older workers.
In this interactive session we will be using breakout groups
to explore ways to publicize realistic images – emphasizing
the people who are in the forefront of their careers in their
later lives.
What specific actions can we take to change the world’s
perception of who we are and the great things we are doing
