Join Career Counselor Renee Rosenberg in this interactive, informative, and fun virtual session as she takes you through her five-step process to stay positive, resilient, and focused on achieving a successful career and life change and transition.

Renee will focus on steps you can take to:

  • build a fulfilling career or retirement transition
  • create positive self-talk to eliminate self- stereotyping beliefs about age
  • develop specific, positive action affirmations to become the change you want to see happen
  • recognize and visualize the success you want to achieve
  • take care of yourself and your well-being during stressful times.
