The Dayton Foundation Del Mar Encore Fellows Initiative
Since 2017, The Dayton Foundation has placed more than a dozen recently retired professionals as paid Del Mar Encore Fellows with area nonprofit organizations, to take on significant issues including education, racism, ageism, and employment. The Fellows also work to challenge preconceived notions about aging, as advocates providing visible and effective leadership across the community.
